Returns

Our return policy is pretty simple.  If your Beach Rustic purchase arrives and you don’t absolutely love it, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Our quality control is great, but as a number of Beach Rustic decorator accessories are unique, please expect minor variations in those that are hand-made or hand-finished. We guarantee that you'll love everything you order from Beach Rustic or you can simply return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Let’s hope you’ve fallen in love with your purchase by 30 days, because after 30 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please request a return at customerservice@beachrustic.com and we will get back to you quickly with labeling instructions and where to send it. Just copy and paste this email address into a new message.

If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, we will reprint and reship that order to you at our cost.

All refunds will go to the original purchaser using their form of payment. A full refund will be due provided the return is requested or received within the 30-day return window noted above

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

Except for damaged or defective items, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Beach Rustic’s Customer Service with the shipment tracking number.

Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for non-defective items are non-refundable. Purchaser pays for the return shipping in cases of not wishing to keep the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment shipper as they have no way of handling it or issuing a credit.

Arrived Damaged or Defective: In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify Customer Support at customersupport@beachrustic.com. Please notify Beach Rustic Customer Support of any damages on the product or packaging within 5 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged item, Beach Rustic will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.

Beach Rustic will reimburse our customers for the shipping charges on defective or damaged items only up to the amount of standard shipping charges. If your order arrives defective, then Beach Rustic will issue a return label and pay the return shipping charges. Again, please let us let us know within a few days of receipt - except during the Christmas holiday season when we know our good customers will wait for Santa to deliver it.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different item, send us an email at customerservice@beachrustic.com. We will send you an email with directions where to send your return or exchange and arrange for the exchange.

Personalized merchandise:  Except for shipping damaged or defective items noted above, no refunds can be issued for personalized items, such as merchandise ordered with personal names and saying sayings. Please make sure you order the correct size on these items.

Late or missing refunds: You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. If you haven’t received an authorized refund, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  Please contact us at customerservice@beachrustic.com if you don’t receive satisfaction and we will take care of it right away.
