Shipping & Delivery - Realistic Times and Services 

We are pleased to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide.  Bringing our customers great value and service is a high priority for us. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

Do you ship worldwide?

We provide shipping - often free - to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Do I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. When your order ships you will receive an email that contains your tracking information, even if your order is being shipped from China. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. Please note, to receive tracking information the receiving address cannot be a post office box (no one to sign for receipt) or an APO. 

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS (US Postal Service). Packages shipped from our warehouses and manufacturers in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Many other countries of order origin have similar postal services.

Why do you ship from other countries?

Many items we sell are manufactured overseas, so shipping directly from the country saves higher warehousing costs and shipping and handling costs and expenses here in the USA. We can offer lower prices by drop-shipping directly to our customers.

Who pays customs?

Most packages and goods arrive without duty fees, or are so minimal that we include them, if any, into the price of the items for simplicity of ordering and shipping. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

What are shipping times from the United States to Locations within the United States?

Shipping times — once an item is actually shipped — will usually be in the 2-5 business day range, standard USPS postage, depending on the distance between the shipping location and the receiver’s location or address. Shorter times may be available if premium or expedited shipping services are available. Please allow for extra time and shipping delays over peak holiday shopping times.

 How long does shipping take from Asia?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Shipping times can be longer during the holiday season, and some resources due simply take longer to ship due to their processing times. If a product offers free shipping or expedited shipping as standard, it will be noted on the product page.

What if my tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Shipping companies vary, but usually, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we'll try to get your tracking information within 24 hours (some overseas manufacturers have a 12-hour time difference, so it may take a few hours to contact them during their business hours).

Can I get my items be sent in one package?

Depends where the items you ordered are made and warehoused. If items are made by the same manufacturer in the same location and stored in the same warehouse, then there is a good chance your order can be shipped in one package. For logistical reasons, it is best to assume that items in the same purchase will often be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
